The Gambling Act requires a Bulgarian licence to offer online casino to people in Bulgaria. Since 2020 the National Revenue Agency has overseen gambling, taking over from the State Commission on Gambling. Advertising was restricted in 2024, and a September 2026 draft law proposes a near-total advertising ban.
