Quantum Roulette adds multipliers to a standard roulette table, and the range also includes Quantum Blackjack and Quantum Baccarat. The multipliers change the payouts, so check the game's paytable for the RTP of each bet.
Does Playtech still have studios in Manila and Belgium?
Neither is on Playtech's current live page. Playtech's February 2017 press release named studios in the Philippines and Belgium.
