Since the 2017 amendment to the Gambling Act, online casino games may be offered in Poland only by the state-owned Totalizator Sportowy, which launched Total Casino in 2018. The Ministry of Finance keeps a register of prohibited domains that internet providers must block. Playing at an unlicensed site can be a fiscal offence for the player.
