Joining a live casino takes a few minutes, and getting verified can take longer. The steps below are the same at most licensed casinos. If you haven't chosen a casino yet, start with how to find a good live casino.
Step 1: Register
Use the sign-up button and give your name, date of birth, address, email and phone number. Use your real details: they are checked against your ID and your payment method, and a mismatch blocks withdrawals later. You must be at least 18, or older where local law sets a higher age. One account per person is the rule everywhere.
Read the terms and the privacy policy before you accept them, in particular the parts on withdrawals, bonuses and account closure.
Step 2: Verify your identity
Licensed casinos must check who you are (know your customer, KYC). Expect to upload a photo ID and a recent proof of address, and sometimes proof of the payment method or of where your money comes from. Some casinos verify you automatically with electronic checks; others ask for documents when you deposit or first withdraw. Doing it straight away avoids a hold on your first payout.
Step 3: Make your first deposit
Open the cashier and choose a method. Cards, bank transfers and e-wallets are common, and the choice depends on the casino and your country. Check three things first: the minimum deposit, any fee, and whether the method also supports withdrawals. Pay-by-mobile and some vouchers are deposit-only, so you will need a second method to cash out.
If you want a bonus, read its terms before you deposit. Many welcome offers exclude live games or count only part of each live bet towards wagering, and some require a promo code or opt-in at deposit. See live casino bonuses.
Step 4: Find a table and place a bet
- Open the live casino section of the lobby and filter by game: roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker or game shows.
- Check the table limits shown on each table tile and pick one where the minimum suits your budget.
- Wait for the betting timer, select a chip value and place it on the layout.
- Watch the round; the result is settled automatically and your balance updates.
If you are new to a game, read its rules in the help screen first. Our game guides explain the main games and their odds.
Step 5: Withdraw your winnings
Request the withdrawal in the cashier. Most casinos send it back to the method you deposited with where that method supports payouts. The request usually goes through a pending period and a review before it is paid, and the time to reach you depends on the method. Check the minimum and maximum withdrawal, any fees and the limits per day or month in the terms.
If you used a bonus, the wagering must be complete before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Without a bonus, some casinos still require you to bet your deposit once before withdrawing it, as an anti-money-laundering rule.
Set your limits on day one
Licensed casinos let you set deposit, loss and session limits in the account settings, and most offer time-outs and self-exclusion. Setting them when you join is easier than after a losing session. See responsible gaming.
