Republika Srpska and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina each regulate gambling. Republika Srpska has licensed online casinos since 2011, and in both entities an online licence is available only to operators that already run licensed land-based premises there. The Federation's law has no clear rules for online gambling.
