888 Holdings Announces Several Changes to Its Board Committees

888 Holdings, a Gibraltar-based leading live casino brand operator, has reshuffled its Board Committees. These changes come when the respectable operator expects multiple high-profile exits this year.

In the new changes, Mark Summerfield, an Independent Non-Executive Director, will head the Audit Committee with Limor Ganot and Andrea Gisle Joosen, both Independent Non-Executive Directors, as members.

The Remuneration Committee will include Andrea Gisle Joosen as Chair (and an Independent Non-Executive Director), Anne de Kerckhove (a Senior Independent Director) and Limor Ganot (an Independent Non-Executive Director).

Anne de Kerckhove, Senior Independent Director, has been designated as Chair of the ESG Committee. Mark Summerfield, an Independent Non-Executive Director, and Ori Shaked, a Non-Executive Director, are the other names on the Committee.

In the meantime, the Nominations Committee will consist of Anne de Kerckhove, a Senior Independent Director, as Chair. At the same time, Ori Shaked, a Non-Executive Director, and Limor Ganot, an Independent Non-Executive Director, will be Committee members.

Lastly, the Gaming Compliance Committee will include Michael Alonso as the Chair, Mark Summerfield as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Ori Shaked as a Non-Executive Director. Alonso, a Nevada lawyer from the outside, will head the Gaming Compliance Committee, although he is not a part of the Board at 888.

The statement revealed Lord Jon Mendelsohn will return on October 16 and continue his duties as a Non-Executive Chair. He will also join the Nominations Committee.

On July 19, Andria Vidler announced her resignation from the Board and Chair of the EGS Committee. She will be taking the role of UK CEO at Allwyn, the incoming National Lottery operator in the United Kingdom.

Recently, 888 Gaming also announced the departure of Yariv Dafna as the CFO on October 2, 2023. Vaughan Lewis will take over her responsibilities until Sean Wilkins joins the company next year.
