Crazy Time: RTP, odds and how it works

Crazy Time is Evolution's money-wheel game show: a 54-segment wheel with four number bets and four bonus games, plus a Top Slot that multiplies one bet spot before every spin.

Evolution says a bonus round lands one spin in six. The Crazy Time bonus can reach 20,000x, and Evolution reported a 25,000x Cash Hunt win in December 2022. It launched on 1 July 2020.

Our verdict: For players who want bonus rounds and big multipliers. The number 1 is the best-returning bet; the Crazy Time spot is the worst and the rarest.

How it works

How a round of Crazy Time works

One round

  1. Bet Put chips on any of the eight spots: 1, 2, 5, 10 and the four bonus games.
  2. Top Slot A two-reel slot picks one spot and a multiplier from 1x to 50x.
  3. Spin The host spins the 54-segment wheel.
  4. Pay or bonus Numbers pay 1:1 to 10:1; a bonus segment starts that game for everyone who bet on it.

Wheel odds

What is on the Crazy Time wheel and how often it lands

45 of the 54 segments are numbers and 9 are bonus games. The base return shows what a number bet pays back before any Top Slot multiplier.

Before the Top Slot, every number bet returns well under its published RTP. The gap is the Top Slot: one spot per spin gets up to 50x, and that is where the rest of the return comes from.
