Baccarat is a card game that is played between two hands ā the banker hand and the player hand. In baccarat, the goal of the game is to have a hand that is closer to nine. At the start of the round, both the banker and the player receive two cards. Depending on the cards received, each player can decide to draw an additional card or stick with the two cards that have been dealt. Once all of the cards are drawn, then the points are totaled and the player that has the highest total wins the round.
In the Polish version of baccarat, those that decide to bet on the outcome of the game can bet on either the player to win the round, the banker to win the round, or that the round will end in a tie. The house will usually take a five percent commission from the playerās winnings.
