Online gambling in Italy is run under state concessions supervised by the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM). A new regime under Legislative Decree 41/2024 created 52 online concessions running to 2034, effective from 13 November 2025. Licensed sites use an .it domain and display the ADM licence number.
