Gambling is a provincial matter under the Argentine Constitution, so there is no national online licence. The City of Buenos Aires (LOTBA) and the Province of Buenos Aires (IPLyC, Law 15,079 of 2018) license online casinos, and most other provinces have their own rules. A site licensed in one province is not authorised in another.
