Ana Gaming has added Imagine Live's live casino portfolio, from table games to game shows, to its 7K Bet, Cassino Bet and Vera Bet brands. Ana Gaming held a federal licence in Brazil, where online betting and casino games became regulated in January 2025.
What the two companies said
Nadiya Attard, Chief Commercial Officer of Imagine Live Group, said "Brazil remains one of the most exciting regulated markets in the global gaming industry". Marco Tulio Oliveira, CEO of Ana Gaming, said the deal fits a portfolio that "strictly adheres to regulatory guidelines".

Imagine Live launched in 2022 and runs more than 200 tables across studios in Armenia, Romania and Spain, with more than 18,000 m² of studio space. It holds licences from regulators including the UK Gambling Commission, the Malta Gaming Authority and Romania's ONJN.
