Avanti Studios is a live casino supplier founded by Gustaf Hagman, the LeoVegas co-founder who stepped down as CEO in 2024 after MGM bought the group, and Jonas Delin, founder and former CEO of Authentic Gaming. Their pitch is a live casino without a physical dealer studio.
How the dealers are made
Avanti records the movements of experienced land-based croupiers in its own motion-capture studio. 3D animation and AI turn those recordings into digital dealer clones, which are streamed over a proprietary cloud-based protocol built on Unreal Engine and tuned for mobile. Avanti says rounds are played in real time with other players at the table, with no pre-recorded rounds.
Without a physical studio there are no tables to staff around the clock and no floor space to rent, which is where most of the cost of live dealer games sits.

What has happened since
The plan in January was a Spanish launch in the first quarter of 2026. The first commercial launch came in April 2026 with Luckia, a Spanish operator. In September 2026 Avanti signed with Superbet, its first market outside Europe: Avanti Studios enters Brazil with Superbet.
Avanti is not the only company selling AI dealers. BetHog's founders closed their crypto casino in July 2026 to focus on Sentient Studios and its AI dealer product: BetHog shuts down to focus on AI dealers.
