XXXtreme Lightning Roulette is Evolution's high-variance Lightning Roulette: Chain Lightning can add up to nine more Lucky Numbers and Double Strikes lift a straight-up win to 2,000x.
An unstruck straight-up win pays 19:1, lower than Lightning Roulette's 29:1, which pays for the larger multipliers. Evolution launched it on 25 May 2022.

One to five Lightning Numbers are struck each round with 50x to 500x. Chain Lightning can add up to nine more, so up to ten numbers can carry a multiplier.

Red, black, odd, even, 1–18 and 19–36 win close to half the time and pay 1:1.
Win about one round in three and pay 2:1.
One number lands about once in 37 spins, so long losing runs are normal.
