Buzz Bingo and Playtech Solidify Relationship with Extended Software Licensing Deal

Playtech, the technology provider in the live casino sector, and Buzz Bingo, a major UK Bingo operator, have expanded their current software license and services contract. This new agreement, extending until 2031, reaffirms the strong bond between the two leading figures in the iGaming industry.

According to Playtech, the cornerstone of this partnership involves implementing the company's state-of-the-art seamless wallet technology. This wallet offers an Omni-channel customer experience, enabled by a single, integrated customer wallet and a simplified customer registration process.

All channels, including Bingo, Casino, Live Dealer, POP, Cashier, and Native apps, are supported by Playtech's Information Management System (IMS), which serves as the central player wallet. By taking advantage of this, gamers at leading live casinos will have an enjoyable, uniform experience across numerous contact points.

Since its inception in September 2018, Buzzbingo.com has had an impressive growth rate to become one of the most prominent online bingo brands in the United Kingdom. The platform offers users a unique combination of traditional retail and online gaming experiences.

Buzz Bingo has established itself as a strategic partner of Playtech in the UK. In 2022, Playtech completed the full rollout of its single wallet project on Buzz Bingo's retail and online projects. Earlier in 2020, the two companies reached a deal to launch the software developer's slot tournaments through its leaderboard solution.
