In Sic Bo, the dealer rolls three dice and all the players, including the dealer, place their bets on the outcome of the dice. This is done by placing chips on the betting table. The dealer then reveals the result of the dice roll. Depending on the bet, the player will either win or lose.
In order to win, the player must correctly guess the outcome of the rolled dice. If the player bets on a specific number, they win if the number appears at least once on the three dice. They also win if the number appears more than once, with the payouts increasing for each additional time the number appears on the dice.
If the player bets on a combination of numbers, they must correctly guess the outcome of all three dice in order to win. For example, if the player bets on a three-of-a-kind (i.e. three dice showing the same number), they win only if all three dice show the same number.
If the player bets on the sum of the three dice, they must correctly guess the total sum of the three dice in order to win. The range of possible sums is 4 to 17. The odds of winning and the payouts for each bet vary according to the bet type.
