The game of Craps is a dice game played among two or more players. It is believed to have originated in France and is one of the most popular dice games around the world. It can be played online or in a physical setting.
In a round of Craps, players wager against each other. The shooter rolls two dice on the table. The players can then place bets depending on what they think the outcome of the dice roll will be. The shooter then keeps rolling the dice and players can continue to make bets.
The rules of Craps are fairly simple – players will win if the dice add up to seven or eleven on the first roll. If the dice add up to two, three or twelve, then the shooter has ‘crapped out’, and the players who have wagered on the success of the shooter will lose.
If any other number is rolled, then that number becomes the ‘point’. The shooter then keeps throwing the dice until either the point is rolled again, in which case the players who have bet on the point win, or the dice add up to seven, in which case the players who have bet on the shooter’s success will lose.
